We make it easy for clients to contact us

When you contact us, we'll gather information about the project in more detail and provide you with a clear understanding of the process ahead.
We will visit your property to conduct a survey. We use the latest instruments and techniques to ensure accuracy and identify any features or boundaries. Our team will then bring the data back to our office to analyze and create a survey plan.
To properly document the survey, we'll handle the payment to the relevant bodies on your behalf or we allow you to pay yourself for transparency.
Once all payments have been made and confirmed, the beacon number and plan number unique to the property owner will be requested and used for proper documentation and lodgement of record copies to the Surveyor General's Office of the state,
We'll take care of the paperwork and communication with the ministry to ensure that all requirements are met.
Once the survey plan has been properly documented, we'll deliver the survey plan and all payments to you for transparency.
This will involve sending a digital copy of the plan and delivering a physical copy to your address of choice.
The survey plan will include all relevant information about your land, such as boundaries, dimensions, beacon number, unique ministry file number and features.
